Meet Zoe Duval, LMHC, NCC
Zoe Duval is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a passion for helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. She earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University Fort Wayne, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapy practices.
Zoe believes that awareness is the first step toward change, and she is committed to creating a compassionate, safe, and sincere environment where her clients can process life’s difficulties. She takes a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside individuals, couples, and families to uncover the root causes of challenges and foster meaningful, lasting transformation.
Through methods such as EMDR therapy and relationship-focused counseling, Zoe empowers clients to move beyond trauma, improve their emotional well-being, and find new strength in their personal lives and relationships.

Meet Amelia Swander, MSEd
Amelia brings more than 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through life's challenges and transitions. She is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence while building healthier relationships and practical skills for lasting emotional wellness.
With a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, Amelia works alongside clients to improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, navigate anxiety and stress, and create meaningful change. She has extensive experience supporting children and families and incorporates play-based interventions to help children process emotions, strengthen coping skills, and thrive at home, school, and within their relationships.
Amelia is a registered member of the Association for Play Therapy and is Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She enjoys helping couples strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and move through conflict in healthier ways. Amelia's goal is to create a compassionate, supportive environment where clients of all ages feel empowered to grow, heal, and become more rooted in themselves and their relationships.
